North Island deliveries are usually delivered within 24-48 hours, except orders placed on a Friday. North Island orders placed on a Friday, the weekend or Public Holidays will be delivered within 24-48 hours from the following business morning. South Island deliveries are usually delivered within 48-72 hours, except orders placed on a Friday. South Island orders placed on a Friday, the weekend or Public Holidays will be delivered within 48-72 hours from the following business morning. Please add on two extra days for Rural deliveries.
Please be aware that at peak times (e.g. Christmas etc.) deliveries may take slightly longer due to the volume of freight moving around New Zealand.
Shampoo Plus currently does not offer international shipping.

HOW TO ORDER
If you find a product you would like to purchase, simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button and this will add the item to your order. There is a summarised version of the items in your cart to the top right, you can get more detail by clicking the ‘Continue’ button, or by clicking the ‘Cart’ link at the top of your page. Once you are happy with your order, you can click on the ‘continue’ link on the cart page, or by clicking on the ‘Checkout’ link at the top. You will then be required to login, or fill out your details if you are a new user.
The first time you shop with us you will be required to set up an account, which will store your contact information, and also your login and password. The next time you buy something from us, your details will be filled in automatically once you have logged in. Your username will be your email address, and you will need to remember your password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by entering your email address here. Your password will be emailed to the email address you used when you first set your account up.
At the top of every page is “my Account” link. Once you have registered as a new user, you can access your account details and change these, if need be, by clicking on “my Account” link. You can also check the status of any orders that you have made, and pull up an entire history of your shopping with us.
If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product.
Here’s what you do:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us the nature of your return.
- We will arrange for a courier to collect the package at a convenient time.
Please do NOT post your return back to us using general post as you will not be insured for its loss and Shampoo Plus cannot accept liability if it is damaged or goes missing.
